IT Technician

Job Requirements

1. Fresh graduate and experience applicant are welcome. Training will be provided.
2. Possess a Diploma / Degree / Other qualifications in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Telecommunication / Software Engineering / Networking, or any other related qualifications.
3. Possess own transport.
4. Knowledge with installation, configuring and troubleshooting wireless technologies will be advantage.
5. Able to work well independently, as well as within teams as required
6. Applicant must able to work in Ipoh.

Job Description

1. To provide on-site servicing including driver / hardware installation for printer / photocopier
2. To provide direct technical support for desktop, laptop, printer and other IT hardware accordance to requirements.
3. Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, installs, and performs testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication, and computer network systems
4. Completes work orders such as installing, connecting and moving equipment
5. Install and support authorized software
