Reminder To All AutoCount Customers:
Due to the requirement of PDPA Malaysia, AutoCount License Server will be migrated from Microsoft Azure located in Singapore to Alibaba Cloud locate in Malaysia. A version update is required to at least Accounting 2.0.27 (Rev 188), Server 2.0.5 (Rev 135) and POS & FnB 5.0.34 (Revision 176) before 31 March 2022.
Minimum Version Required List:
- AutoCount Accounting 2.0.27.188
- AutoCount POS & FnB 5.0.34.176
- AutoCount Server 2.0.5.135
Please take note of it, it will be unable to retrieve a valid license if without the update to the latest version and beware if got any plugin or customize before the update. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our sales channel representative for further clarifications.
